Terms and Conditions
Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to them, do not order any Products from this site. Please note that you may only purchase Products from this site if you are over 18.
Your order
No Contract comes into force until I accept your order.
To accept your order you must take the following steps:-
- Add any product you wish to purchase to your shopping cart.
- Proceed to “Checkout”
- If you are an existing customer, you must enter your log in details. If not please register and create and account. By doing this you will be automatically accepting these Terms and Conditions.
- Once you are logged in, confirm your order and you will automatically be transferred to the PayPal website and PayPal will handle the payment from then on.
- Once I have received your Order I will acknowledge its receipt and assuming that it is in stock I will notify you of its dispatch.
- I withhold the right to cancel and refund any order regardless of stock status, in the event that I should not be able to meet your order.
Risk and title
The Products will be at your risk from the time of delivery. Ownership of the Products will only pass to you after I receive full payment of all sums due in respect of the Products (including delivery charges).
Consumer rights
you may cancel this Agreement at any time within 7 working days after the day you received the products (subject to the limitations set out below). If you cancel this Agreement on this basis, you must inform me in writing and return the Products to me immediately, in the same condition in which you received them. Products returned by you within the 7 working day period referred to above will be refunded (including the cost of sending the Products to you). However, you will be responsible for paying the cost of returning the Product to me. If you cancel this Agreement on this basis and you do not return to the Products to me, I may recover the Products and charge you for the costs I incur in doing so. Similarly, if you return the Products at my expense, I may pass that expense on to you and if necessary recover it in the same way.
Defective Products
You may also cancel this Agreement if the Products supplied are defective. Products returned by you because of a defect will be refunded in full (including the cost of sending the Products to you, and the cost of returning the Products to us). Alternatively, if you and I agree, I may supply you with a replacement or substitute Product. However all products are checked for defects when packaged.
Refunds
If you cancel this Agreement and are entitled to a refund, I will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. I will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any event; within 30 days of the day we received your notice of cancellation. If refunds are made to any other country than the UK then this refund will be made for the amount in Sterling that you will be entitled to, and I cannot be responsible for the rate of exchange that the payment is calculated at by Paypal, at the time it is transferred to your currency (i.e. US Dollars or Euros).
General terms
Images of Products on the Site are for illustrative purposes; actual Products may differ from such images as natural Gemstones can differ in appearance. No two Gemstones are identical.
I will treat all your personal information that I collect in connection with your Order in accordance with the terms of My Privacy Policy; use of my website will be subject to our Website Terms and Conditions. I may revise these terms from time-to-time, but such revisions will not affect the terms of any Agreement which we have entered into with you.
