White Freshwater Pearl Buttons/Coins Necklace

These pearls have been grown in Oyster shells where the farmers add coin shaped pieces of shell into the Oyster shell, which goes into panick mode and smothers the coin with natural nacre to produce a pearl.

These Pearls are around 18mm wide and 4mm thick. I have made this necklace 18 inches long by placing 4mm Sterling Silver beads as spacers then added a 2 inch Sterling Silver extension chain to the clasp and ring so it can be worn up to 20 inches.
